exhilarated
woots i had such a GREAT time yesterday. i went to the beach! not purposely one la. sound funny hor, "not purposely one". let me start from the beginnning.
i was supposed to go to park royal for christmas shopping, and the bank. the bank is about 7 streets away from PR, so when homestay dropped me off at PR at 12pm, i walked to the bank, along marine drive. it was an absolute beautiful sunny day and perfect for walking. so i walked on the side where the bank was NOT on, for about 25 minutes... then while waiting to cross the road TO the bank, i was just moving around and this lady thought i was exercising at every opportunity.. HAHA. so funny. then i took some money out at the bank, and made my way BACK to PR. the bank is along 16th street, and when i reached 14th street, i saw an opening to the beach. ambleside park. seaside. whatever. i was supposed to meet k at PR but she was on her way towards me coz she need to buy sth oso. we were supposed to meet in the middle. so i called her and said "why not go to the seaside?" she said ok and i went there first and waited for her. it was nearly 1pm... i took some pictures and when she came, we took more pictures and looked out at the sparkling ocean and beautiful scenery. then we decided to walk back to PR for lunch. we bought mac and then thought "why not go back to the beach and eat by the sea?" and so after buying lunch (double cheeseburger meal + pie) we walked back to that spot and ate. until almost 3, we walked back AGAIN to PR. it was almost 3.30pm... my bus comes at 3.45pm and the next one an hour later, and the sky would have gotten dark and i won't know how to get home so better take the 3.45pm one... so i waited for the bus and there goes my christmas shopping time. LOLs. but what matters is that i had a great day by the sea. and i'll say it was a whole lot of walking in a day... just count... err... lazy to count. u count and tell me. HAHA.
